Refinery, Midstream & Petrochemical
Safety Services
TWIC-cleared safety professionals and NCCCO crane operators for refinery turnarounds, pipeline construction, petrochemical plant modifications, and upstream operations across the Gulf Coast and nationwide.

Built for Refinery Tempo. Cleared for the Site.
Our oil & gas bench is pre-cleared, pre-credentialed, and dialed in to the operational tempo of process-industry environments. Every safety professional we deploy to a TWIC-regulated site carries a current TWIC card and the field experience to make decisions when production pressure is highest.
We do not learn refinery rules on your turnaround. Our personnel show up day one with the documentation, the standards, and the muscle memory of having walked turnarounds before.
Three Divisions Supporting Downstream, Midstream & Upstream
NCCCO crane training, credentialed safety staffing, and ASME B30 crane inspections — each tuned to oil & gas operational requirements.
Crane Operator Training
NCCCO certification and recertification for refinery crane operators. Lattice boom, telescopic, and overhead crane programs tailored to process-industry lift environments.
- NCCCO Mobile Crane (TLL, LBC, TSS)
- Overhead & Gantry Crane Operator
- API RP 2D Rigging Qualified
- Refinery-specific lift planning
Safety Staffing
TWIC-cleared SSHOs, Safety Managers and hole watch attendants scaled to your crew size. 30–60 day turnaround coverage.
- Site Safety & Health Officers (SSHO)
- Hot Work Permit Administrators
Crane & Rigging Inspections
ASME B30-compliant crane inspections, rigging hardware audits, critical lift plan reviews, and rigging plan reviews for turnaround vessel lifts and exchanger pulls; engineering and stamping stay with your engineer of record.
- Annual / frequent crane inspections
- API RP 2D rigging audits
- Critical lift planning
- Post-incident inspections
Every Phase of Oil & Gas Operations
Refineries to midstream pipelines to upstream wellsites — our personnel know the standards, the tempo, and the documentation expectations of each phase.
Refinery Turnarounds
30–60 day outage windows. SSHOs scaled to crew size, hot work permit administration, confined space supervision, crane lift planning.
Midstream Pipeline Construction
Pipeline construction safety, pump and compressor station construction, valve replacement projects, integrity dig safety oversight.
Petrochemical Plant Modifications
Capital project safety at polymer facilities and chemical manufacturing plants. Heavy equipment moves, vessel installations, structural modifications.
Offshore Platform Fabrication
Onshore fabrication yard safety for offshore platform components. Heavy lift coordination, load-out operations, sea-fastening, transportation safety.
Upstream & Drilling Support
Drilling rig moves, well intervention safety, workover operations, frac equipment placement, pad construction safety.
Plant Decommissioning
Unit decommissioning safety, hazardous material handling oversight, demolition crane operations, final site closure documentation.
Oil & Gas Qualified Personnel
Every safety professional and crane operator on our O&G bench carries the credentials operators and EPC contractors require.

Built for Process-Industry Tempo
Oil & gas operators have specific demands. Here’s how we’re built to meet them.
Pre-Cleared Bench
Every O&G safety professional we send to a TWIC-regulated site carries a current TWIC card, verified before mobilization. No scrambling to get clearances when your turnaround date is fixed.
Turnaround Scaling
For planned turnarounds with 30+ days notice, we scale to 10–20 safety professionals. Emergency or short-notice: 48–72 hours initial deployment.
Fatigue-Managed Shifts
We don’t rotate safety staff onto back-to-back 12s without relief. Dedicated day and night shift personnel with built-in coverage swaps.
Critical Lift Planning
For turnaround vessel pulls, exchanger changeouts, and reactor lifts, our NCCCO crane inspectors review lift plans against OSHA 1926 Subpart CC and ASME B30 and verify rigging; engineering and stamping stay with your engineer of record.
Oil & Gas Safety FAQ
Quick answers to the questions refinery operators, EPC contractors, and midstream owners ask most often.
Yes. Every safety professional and crane operator we deploy to refinery, terminal, port, or maritime-adjacent facilities carries a current TWIC credential. We verify active status before every deployment.
We maintain a dedicated turnaround bench. For planned turnarounds with 30+ days notice, we can scale to 10–20 safety professionals. Emergency turnarounds: 48–72 hours initial deployment, full scale within one week.
Yes. Turnaround and shutdown coverage is staffed to your shift schedule. We don’t rotate safety staff onto back-to-back 12s — fatigue management is built into our staffing plans.
ASME B30.5 (mobile cranes), B30.2 (overhead / gantry), API RP 2D (rigging), and OSHA 1926 Subpart CC. For in-plant overhead cranes, we also follow ASME B30.17 and facility-specific protocols.
Yes. Our NCCCO crane inspectors review lift plans against OSHA 1926 Subpart CC and ASME B30 (engineering and stamping stay with your engineer of record), verify rigging hardware capacity, conduct pre-lift hazard analysis, and provide on-site lift director coverage for turnaround vessel pulls and exchanger changeouts.
Yes. Our bench includes HAZWOPER 40-hour qualified safety officers with current annual refreshers. We can also bundle O&G + environmental scope under one MSA.
