Patrick Salazar started his career in the crane and heavy-equipment industry in 2005 — first as an operator, then as a third-party inspector, then as a safety supervisor and lift director on industrial and federal jobsites. He holds NCCCO Mobile Crane Operator certification on all three specialty designations (LBC, TLL, and TSS), NCCCO Tower Crane Operator, NCCCO Crane Inspector, and NCCCO Lift Director credentials, plus OSHA 500 Outreach Trainer authorization for Construction — qualifying him to deliver OSHA 10 and OSHA 30 to operators, supervisors, and federal-project crews. He is also First Aid and CPR certified.
After years of watching training programs teach to the test instead of to the work, staffing agencies fill seats instead of finding qualified safety pros, and inspections produce paperwork instead of catching problems, he founded 3P Safety in 2018 to do all three differently. Today each division — 3P Safety Crane Training, 3P Safety Staffing, and 3P Safety Inspections — operates on its own dedicated site, run by people who do that exact work every day. The hub at 3psafety.net handles corporate, federal contracting, and projects that span more than one division.

3P Safety offers three contract structures: single-scope fixed-fee engagements (most common for training and inspections), time-and-materials for project-duration staffing, and Master Services Agreements (MSAs) with pre-negotiated rates across all six divisions for multi-project clients.
